Arataki Nexus Ltd ("Arataki Nexus", "we", "our") is committed to protecting the privacy and security of enterprise client data, partner information, and web platform visitors. We strictly adhere to the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 and relevant international telemetry standards.
2. Data Collection & Telemetry
We collect minimal, necessary information required to facilitate technical consultations and secure our infrastructure. We do not sell, license, or monetize any user data or client telemetry to third-party advertising networks.
3. Enterprise Security & Encryption
All data in transit is protected using modern TLS 1.3 encryption. Data at rest across our sovereign infrastructure is encrypted using AES-256 standards with automated key rotation.
